We have mentored black belts with over 20 years of Lean Six Sigma experience to graduates fresh out of college with no Lean or Six Sigma experience. We mentor people through certification, and we mentor projects to successful completion.
We can take any of these 3 basic types of project leaders:
* someone who has classroom training
* someone who is taking training
* someone with no formal LSS training
and mentor them to deliver business benefits.
We have extensive experience with blended learning. We can mentor someone through an on-line course of study with a business problem. We can help them turn that problem into a project, and as they go through an on-line training course complete the course & project simultaneously to deliver business benefits and get them certified. We typically do this through a project scoping phone call and weekly calls to review each on-line module; help prepare for tests, quizzes, and certification; and apply what they are learning to their project.
