Keith Schellenberger is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 20 years experience providing Lean Six Sigma Services. He is an expert in reducing waste and/or variability using Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology.
Mr. Schellenberger’s results include delivering over $100 Million of quantifiable improvements for numerous clients. He is skilled in turning business problems into opportunities and solutions with a record of lowering costs and improving productivity. He has delivered every project on or under budget, on-scope, and early or on-schedule. He is adept at mentoring people from Green Belt candidates to certified Black Belts through training, project-completion, and/or certification.
